Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make the process as stress-free as possible for busy parents.
Important Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Car seats that have been removed from their original packaging
- Any baby rest and sleep products where hygiene seals have been broken
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
Simple Returns Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Please do not send items back without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund or exchange is processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- In your return request, specify the replacement item
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll receive shipping confirmation for your new item
If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll invoice you for the difference. For lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in GBP and may be subject to currency fluctuations
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or incorrect item
